At GulMeera Shop, customer satisfaction matters to us. Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not offer refunds, however product exchange is available in limited cases under the conditions below.
Exchange Eligibility
An exchange request will only be accepted if:

The product is unused

The product is unwashed
-
The product is in original packaging
-
Tags and labels are intact
Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

Requests after 3 days will not be accepted
When Exchange Is Allowed
Exchange is accepted only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Size issue
❌ Exchange is not allowed if the customer simply changes their mind.
Shipping Charges for Exchange

If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong product):

Shipping cost will be covered by GulMeera Shop

If the exchange is due to a size issue:

Shipping cost will be paid by the customer

Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Used or washed products
-
Products with damaged packaging
-
Hygiene-sensitive / intimate items (except size issue within policy rules)
Exchange Location

Exchange service is available only within Pakistan
